Mr. Greer came out to look at the door and springs and spent lots of time explaining to me the issues and even found another issue I was not made aware of originally. He was very pleasant and gave me several options to choose from to best fit my financial needs all with the safety of the door in mind. They even came back out to insure the spring they used was working properly and made some adjustments. I have already recommended them for other jobs I have seen on websites as I truly felt they had my best interest at heart.
