FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a standardized base price for our installs, however we are always willing to work hard to compare the value of a competitor's bid to try and work with our customers on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most importantly we need to understand the specifics of your flooring project, taking measurements and notes during the initial in home consultation, including timeline. If we are going to assist in finding material, talking budget is also extremely important. We explain our process for the specific type of flooring we will install and answer any questions. Once everything is mapped out and agreed upon, we will reach out with a reminder notification the day prior and come in to do the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Victor has 14 years in the hardwood flooring industry. He worked his way up from apprentice, to master craftsman to managing two crews. At that point he branched out in his own with his wife to embark on their own flooring company. Amber has a BFA in Interior Design from Miami of Ohio. As the program highly stressed interdisciplinary design, Amber has a high respect for all the moving parts involved in home renovations. Both owners value communication and that seems to be what helps set us apart from the competitors.
