- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our prices are affordable. with our new reality cleaning is nomore what it used to be. our cleaning products comes with Disinfectant properties we also make sure we keep you safe by not coming in direct contact with any of your properties. our prices covers for all cleaning supplies in addition we dont share cleaning brushes amongst customers. each set of brushes is meant for each client that's why our charges for the first cleaning is always higher that subsequent cleanings. we also spend more time on our first day at your house or office than subsequent days. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our working process is simple. we either run through some questions with you over the phone or we come over to your location to access the job. each clients need are different. In this case there is no one size fits all.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers information are highly confidential. we wont be able to discuss in details. we work with every social class in the society. we have high profile clients, businesses and private home owners. To us having access to a clean home is not a luxury it's a necessity. All our customers are treated with altmost respect and privacy.
