- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to provide the most bang for your buck. We strive to provide you with the best possible value imaginable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by providing an over the phone quote. From there we will go over the cleaning process with our customers and review the areas to be cleaned. Through review of the areas to be cleaned we are able to appropriately manage customers expectations. This is important so that you understand what we can and can not do.
