Matt with Gadsden did a patio with pergola. In the beginning Matt was on point and communicated a lot with me. I was assured they had done the type of flagstone patio, that I wanted, many times over. I hired Gadsden because Matt seemed trustworthy. Now my Patio holds water in one area. They messed up my neighbors brand new driveway and promised to pressure wash it and did not. We asked for a plastic cover on top of the pergola and it doesnt even cover the entire top and it looks like crap. I have called and emailed Matt with no answer and no call back. Before they were to finish he told me they had a check fraud committed against them and he needed to get complete payment before he changed his card system out so I thought I was helping them out and did it. The sad thing is that the fix for this would be quite simple but they will not even call back. The work they completed was done well. Its a shame that what they did well is over shadowed by shady behavior in the last 5% of a job.

I scheduled service for a Mon at 9am. I called at 2PM when no one had shown up. I was told someone would be there later that day. No one showed up. I called Tues, Weds and Thur and sent an email on Weds. No response. Would NOT recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional. show less

Do not use this company. I paid for some landscaping ahead of time. Met with Matt to discuss the job. Never heard back from him. Tried numerous times to contact him but never received any reply.
