Started training with James in Nov 2014. All I knew at that time is I wanted to lose weight before my wedding. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and tailored my workout. A year later on my wedding day, I had lost 30 pounds. I am proud to say at the age of 31 I did my first pull-up! I always doubted myself but James pushed me past that. I began training with James in January. We spent 5 days a week together since then and I can tell you, it is worth it! James helped me set achievable goals, build a nutrition plan for me, kept me going when I thought I couldn't do another rep, and made the work fun.
