- I charge a flat fee of $20 for coming out (to cover road expenses) - I charge $20 hour for every hour spent at the location - Customer pays for parts.

The goal is to make them as comfortable as possible, that means less IT lingo and more English
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read IT blogs and IT news sites, I also try to stay up to date on hardware pricing. I'm compTIA A+certified.
