- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have handled computers for several non-profits, friends and family. They always asked my why I did not go into business for myself. While I have a job working for a local school district, I have a passion for working on computers. So many years ago I picked up my first business customer and started my business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We do computer repair and upgrade services to keep your computer running smoothly. We are able to remove viruses and malware from your computer to help insure the safety and health of your computer. We assist in getting and setting up both new and use/refurbished computers for use in your home or business. We develop and setup wired or wireless network depending on our customers needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Talk with the service provider, be sure that they listen to your needs and concerns. We pride ourselves on sitting with our customers and getting to know just what they need. Make sure that they talk to you and that they provide suggestion if needed. We will always discuss your options, allow you to choose and provide information on that option and what might happen if we go a different route. We have gone to new clients before and have been told "the person before did not listen to what we asked, but instead, said I know what you need and never talked to us about it until it was time to pay." We take pride in the fact that we try to communication with our customers from the beginning to the end, so that we can be sure its done right and done right the first time.
