- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We get asked all the time, how much are your balloons. An Occasion Station can supply you with the universal three beautiful, long lasting helium balloons on a coordinating weight, that are perfect for all special occasions. We can also create stunning, fun and sophisticated balloon decor that will transform your venue into a theme party sure to impress your guests. Because we custom design decor to fit your event, the price varies. It is best to call and talk to a balloon artist who will remove the stress from your event planning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer can call us or email. If a customer chooses to email us it is best to provide: • Type of event • Date of event • Number of guests • Areas to decorate: Entrance, Centerpieces, Dance Floor, Stage, or overall Room Decor • Size of Dance Floor if applicable * Height of ceilings • Is event indoors or outdoors After the initial contact, we will provide the customer with a proposal of options we think will fit their event and budget via email. We do require a deposit to secure date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 3 Certified Balloon Artists on staff who can create amazing and unique balloon decor. To become a Certified Balloon Artist requires training, education and successfully passing a practical exam. This designation means that you can trust the designs and decor you are receiving will meet the highest standards and use quality products.
