- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common problems I come across are spiders and ants. Both are tricky and are the main reason do it yourself applications don't work. My service is designed to keep them and other occasional invaders away from the house.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I always offer a free inspection and advice on how to take care of any problem that the potential customer is concerned about. Ask what the quoted treatment entails for the problem. If it sounds like it's something you can do and are willing to, don't sign a contract. Do what you can first. If that doesn't work, call a professional.
