The price was great, I had received other quotes and they were way over priced for what needed to be done. The technician explained everything to me that he did. The only negative is that the technician arrived without a mask, he didn’t have one so I gave him one of mine. Safety first.

I really appreciate a professional quality service these days. I definitely received this with Dave and Sam.     The prices are fair and acceptable. The customer should take into consideration the following "cost": time, experience, education, tools, insurance, and the cost associated with operating a real business. Not "Chuck in a Truck"

    I make initial contact and then gather information. Once we have an estimate of the needs a cost is determined and communicated. A mutually agreeable timeline is then established.
