- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices is based on square footage of your home. One more way we are simplifying our customers life. No need wonder if all areas of your home will be cleaned. Our one price strategy covers every inch of your home. Go to zillow.com to find out size of your house if you do not already know it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to understand our clients, their needs, their aspiration. Although our process works, we do understand that sometimes cleaning is individual perception. We get to know what is important to them and we strive to meet those needs in addition to our 59 point cleaning process check list.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners went through a week long training with College of Residential Employees (CORE), train the trainers class. Our employee undergo our 2 days our cleaning process training. In addition, All employees are mandated to take 2 hours of paid continuous training. Besides all of these, each of our employees are asked to donate 1 hour of their time monthly to charity. We use those consolidated hours to provide Free home cleaning for our Heroes, our cancer survivors, or those who could use a clean home in our community.
