- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always provide more in production value than the price paid. We are NOT going to "nickel & dime" our clients with items they didn't know they needed (extra cables, gear, delivery, overtime, etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with hearing the vision of the event and then completing a site visit (if at all possible). So many headaches can be eliminated by stepping on property to advise on items not needed, etc).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of diverse creatives all continue to sharpen their skills to be the best in their area of expertise (audio, video, lighting, projection, and design).
