- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After gaining 60 pounds with my first pregnancy I was determined to get my body back. I had always enjoyed working out and eating right but after having kids decided I had a passion to share it with others. I received a Personal Training Certification from the Cooper Institute in Dallas in 2001. Since then I have had 4 more children and have tackled my weight loss goals after each pregnancy. I enjoy working with other moms pre and post-natal.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I will teach you short and effective workouts to burn fat and create lean muscle while increasing your core strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance! I want to help you feel your best! There is no quick fix, you have to combine knowledge and the desire to change with someone who wants to help and encourage you every step of the way. This is why we don't provide just personal training. Your success is dependent upon the combination of factors including your activity, the proper types of workouts to attain your goals, proper nutrition, meal planning, and supplements. Our Cryotherapy services can help you jumpstart your fitness goals, increase energy levels and aid in recovery and wellness.
