I've been working out with Nicole for almost 5 years now and know she is just about the best in town! (I tried at least a dozen Pilates instructors/ studios before finally finding Nicole.) Her extensive knowledge of Pilates is equally met by her amazing energy and vibe. I feel stronger, both physically and mentally, when I'm finished with a workout. I love that every workout out is customized to fit my body's needs and "problem" areas. My posture is better, my fame feels stronger and I look trimmer. Her studio is bright and open unlike most of the equipment-crowded and dark rooms you'll find in the gym. And there is nothing intimidating about your first visit! You feel welcome and at home in her studio. I've recently moved to Austin, but I still workout with Nicole every trip I make back to Dallas. She is a true gem!
