- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After hiring a property manager in the past, I learned first hand how desperate the market was for a firm that understood management from the viewpoint of an investor. We understand income/expenses, cost/benefits. We don't look at owners as ATM's.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of our clients either don't have time to manage their properties or be fearful of the process. We solve both problems. We keep up to date on all the ever changing laws and regulation placed on rental properties.
