I wish I could give a million stars. Morgan and associates are the best at what they do. They go above and beyond to meet clients requests and questions. Morgan & Associates went above and beyond to help me with my taxes this year. I knew that he would be busy with many other customers during tax season, so I fully anticipated delays. But they truly blew me away with the turnaround time. Everything was done within a day or 2 & he remained in constant contact with me. He walked me through every step that he was taking & frequently updated me on the status of it all. Anytime I had a question, he responded within minutes. He also provided many recommendations for me to make next years return just as smooth. He was incredibly personable, and it was very clear that he was looking out for my best interest. I can not say enough good things about them & I will absolutely be using them for my taxes in the upcoming years. I’ve recommended his services to almost everyone I know & will continue to do so. • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Prices are consistent with industry standards. We offer 30% off for seniors and 20% for military.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our white glove service handles your return from start to finish. We meet by phone or online meeting where you’ll be provided a secured login to upload your documents. Once I receive the documents your return will be completed within 24hrs. Afterwards I provide you with a detailed review and I submit your return directly to the IRS. The process is simple and easy.
