Catherine assisted me in planning a small corporate event at one of our partner's house (approx 30 people). She was extremely creative and helpful when I told her I wanted a Hawaiian Luau theme. Her food was absolutely delicious and everyone was pleased with the food offerings. She helped purchase the supplies and set up on the day-of and was conscientious of staying within our set budget. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for extra help for planning a party!

I do not know where to start with catherine! She is such an amazing woman!!!! She made the wedding process stress free for my bride and I! She stays in constant communication with us all the way to the day of our wedding. The Food WAS tremendous!!!! Her staff is so sweet and caring and also are hard workers!!!! I'm so glad we hired her. Her professionalism surpasses anyone's expectations of customer service!!!! I will most definitely be using her again and would recommend her to all of my friends and family!!!!!

Wunderbare! Cat catered our Oktoberfest event at our office - 130 associates at two different sites and didn't miss a beat. She is prompt as well as a great caterer. I will use her again! The food was outstanding. Our associates raved about the food all day!

Catherine is an awesome wedding planner! We can't say enough great things about her. She is highly organized and very efficient with her planning. Everything turned out beautiful for my daughter's wedding. She thought of every detail down to the smallest thing. It was a great night we all will remember! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did event planning corporately for 9 years managing events as large as 1,000 to as small as 25. I sat on the executive committee of a private school consortium for 4 years that hosted a private school fair yearly in Tarrant County. I have been self employed for 4 years handling events in the private and corporate sector. I have managed everything from birthday parties, themed parties, class reunions, and weddings. I am also currently the Project Manager for a private school consortium managing their monthly meetings, website, and social media. Events are my passion. On the catering aspect, I am self taught. I started a meal preparation business in 2009 which expanded into catering very quickly. I have catered private parties, weddings, corporate luncheons, school graduations, and more. I have a love for food! I enjoy making food that is affordable, tasty and healthy!
