- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very reasonable usually cheaper and never more than my competition. Prices depend on how much the customers want, and how much is needed to be spent on the planning of the event. Many times if there are certain things I already have I will through them in at no charge to help the event be even better. I work with all of my customers as much as I possible can and I want all customers to be happy that they just had their best event ever at the end of their party!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what exactly my customers are wanting from me during their event right away. So I have everything needed and know what I need to do and what extra things I can possible do to guarantee this event turns out better than they expected. I do not want to bother my customers during their event with questions. I want them to be able to enjoy their event as much as their guest are with no concern about how the flow of things are going or if their guest are being taking care of properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually have a bachelors degree that’s my experience comes from managing catering and bartending in restaurants and bars for over 20 years. I have many reoccurring customers that have always hired me for their events for many years. From catering Bartending or coordinating the whole party from start to finish for them. Doesn’t matter how big or small the event is I will always do everything I can to make it the best events. I want as minimum worries for the customers as possible. Majority of my customers I already know their wants and needs and what they like at their event.
