We hired Manuel to stain our concrete. We did not cover the concrete during construction and it was a mess. Manuel came over and did a thorough cleaning and then stained it. Unfortunately some spots didn't react with the concrete due to stuff that happened during construction. At this point Manuel could have said he did what we agreed and walked away. However, he came back several more times and tried different solutions to get the spots covered that didn't react. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife was happy with the way the floor looked. Major kudos to him to make sure we were satisfied customers. His repairs made the floor look great.

Stain and sealed flooring. New construction or remodels typically ranging from 1500sqft-10,000sqft.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. Don't be fooled by people trying to cut corners. Ask questions about the sealer that will be applied or the stain. I have come across floors that were stained and waxed. Wax is not a sealer, it can give the appearance of a sealer but could never perform as a sealer. *DO YOUR RESEARCH*
