Started working out under Kris' supervision in December 2013. Had worked out regularly and extensively in the military and usg contracting since the late 60's but had a second bout with cancer in 2010 with intensive chemo and radiation that pretty much debilitated me. Chris has done a great job getting an old 66 year old back in decent shape in a friendly, professional environment. I also have sustained some fairly significant orthopedic and impact injuries which, from time to time, act up and Kris is very adept at finding alternate exercises until the pain resolves. Very satisfactory personal trainer! I would recommend him highly!

I received my RYT 200 at Total Harmony Yoga and will be continuing my 300 hour education there. I also plan to take prenatal yoga training in January.
