I had the opportunity of working with Pree through LA Fitness at the Round Rock location. I am fitness enthusiast and extremely happy to have found a trainer who shared a similar level passion. He continuously provided me with workouts that were challenging and he has a good eye for finding musclar imbalances and strengthening accordingly to achieve balance so I prevent common injuries accrued from weight-lifting. Pree is high knowledgeable and I really enjoyed my conversations with him about different styles of training including HIIT, endurance training, and cross training. The part that I really enjoyed was when Pree introduced me to Yoga and made me realize the amount of strength I was holding myself back on from my tight hip flexors and overall strength from tight muscles. In the yoga part of our training, he provided great cues to help maximize the benefit of every pose and has a great feel for my capability and pushes me accordingly so I improve consistently without hurting myself. This was a huge plus in my book because I am always pushing my limits and more often than not end up hurting myself. He painted a whole new picture of overall fitness in my mind and I am throughly happy to have met this guy.
She is an excellent yoga instructor with to the point instructions. She is very knowledgable about the benefits of different yoga poses and she explains the importance of each pose as one transitions from one pose to other. My yoga session was customized to my prenatal needs and I would highly recommend yoga workout with Ankita Jain.
I had an amazing private yoga class with Jamie. She is an excellent yoga teacher and human being. She has an outstanding background and is certified to train both novices and aspiring yoga teachers. Highly recommended!!
Bridgid is an outstanding instructor. She loves what she does, and her enthusiasm carries over to her teaching. You can't help but feel the warmth and energy flowing from her as she is leading you through your poses, making adjustments, and pretty soon, you find yourself in savasana at the end of your session, feeling more relaxed, and centered than you have in a long time. I've been around a lot of people who profess to be yogis. For many this is simply what they do for a job. For Bridgid, it's also who she is... she lives her life in a way that reflects her practice, and it sets her apart. Highly recommend.
To me, yoga is not a frantic exercise, nor is it flopping lifeless on the floor. It should be calm and smooth, and gently challenging to your flexibility, and should build strength without obvious effort. Christie is the best instructor I have encountered. She is caring, patient, and always looking for ways for her students to improve their personal practice of yoga. I recommend her highly.
I loved my experience with Ms. Tacon! She is very well-educated in the study of yoga, as well as all the poses. Not only did I enjoy her class, but the way she taught it. Ms. Tacon shows her personality when she is teaching her classes, laughing, joking around, and her love of yoga really comes out.
Dayna is a fantastic Yoga instructor. After working with her for a few months now, I have had great feed back from my personal trainer who has told me that my form, flexibility and movement are greatly improved. I feel stronger and my running times and distances are improving as well.
Stephanie came to my home for a private yoga session- she was amazing! She set a calming and peaceful mood, led me through flows that matched my skill level, and offered support to improve my practice. I highly recommend her to anyone at any level of yoga experience!
First and foremost Jill is such an amazing individual, which then feeds into every aspect of her teaching. She doesn't just see yoga as something physical. But through her class, she takes you on a journey home to yourself. You can tell that there is a deep purpose behind what she has chosen to dedicate herself to. Her love oozes out onto her students and makes them feel safe and grounded while also encouraging them to take risks and go deeper into their practice. She speaks from a place of authenticity and vulnerability as she connects her personal story with how she teaches but also with how she connects to each one of her students. Specifically with her teaching style. She is phenomenal with her verbal cues and adjustments helping her students to understand their body and the way it moves, while also making sure that they keep themselves safe in the process. She helps you feel comfortable & challenged... which generates so much personal growth. She is great for ALL LEVELS, from beginners to those who have been practicing for a long time.
My experience working with Arleen was phenomenal. She draws you in with her warmth, and you immediately feel comfortable. She is very skilled and knowledgable in Yoga and challenges you to do more each session but also encourages you not to overdo it, as Yoga should not hurt. She is willing to work on areas that are important to you. I always left her class feeling like I had a great workout and feeling good.
Yoga Newbie - I was completely new to yoga when I had my first session with Sid. I liked the idea of private sessions because I'm the gal in a group class who's going left when everyone else is going right. Before our first session, I had told Sid why I wanted to do yoga and my ultimate goal. I was very nervous before the first session, but Sid's serene demeanor put me at ease. I have since had weekly sessions with her, and each session brings me closer to my goal. I sleep much better and my balance has improved. Sid incorporates soft music and aromatherapy, making the experience as relaxing as possible. As she leads me through each pose, she is able to describe specifically what I should do so that I am able to follow. She also encourages me to listen to my body so that I do not injure myself. I highly recommend Sid because she is so encouraging and my sessions are truly designed for me.
It's been a pleasure to take Faith Lynn's Yoga classes, both as a student and as a fellow instructor! She is always naturally in tune to the emotional and physiological needs of her students, makes each student feel safe and comfortable in her classes, and has an innate affinity for knowing where to challenge the group and when to ease up - all wonderful skills that make Faith an outstanding Yoga educator!
She was an excellent yoga instructor, cannot recommend enough! I have some shoulder injuries due to a surgery I had earlier last year, and she did a great job of not only working around it, but making it feel a bit less stressed after our session! She does a great job of describing exactly what to do to get in and out of certain positions, which is usually hard in a private instead of a class. Lovely woman, can't wait to see her again.
Absolutely love Marjorie Montufar's variety of yoga classes - Hatha, Vinyasa, and Meditation practice. Marjorie's experience shines through her intuitive yoga instructions. She takes time to assess the needs of her students prior to starting classes. She offers comforting guidance for all stages of my yoga practice, including proper yoga positions, alternative positions to avoid injury, breathing techniques, meditation. Most importantly, as an instructor she encourages learning to listen to your physical limitations while still stretching your mind and body to find balance in your life. I have been attending classes under Marjorie for 6 months now, each class I leave feeling more relaxed and centered, knowing I have accomplished so much in so little time.
very easy to work out the details and was happy to provide the services that I was wanting. I am looking forward to a long and beneficial relationship with Molly.

Let my yoga classes be a conduit, a compass, or a candle in the dark on your journey you call life. Connect with your breath and body during a challenging Vinyasa or Hatha Flow class to help you draw your focus away from the stresses of life and inward toward yourself. Feel the inner peace as you explore the first yoga sutra and "cease the fluctuations of the mind." Let my rigorous yet spiritual yoga classes restore not just your body, but also your mind as the dynamic flow classes use the link between pranayama and asana to help you explore your chakras, the yin and yang of feminine vs. masculine, lunar vs. solar, and other yogic philosophy. Cry, laugh, tremble, wobble, or soar -- it doesn't matter. All is welcome here as I share the beautiful practice of yoga with you in both private or group sessions. I also provide individual counseling, yoga therapy, and/or combination options that include a full 75 minutes, Hatha Flow or Vinyasa yoga practice with an individual counseling session immediately following. Using the feelings and emotions that surfaced or were or just brought to light in your subconsciousness during the asana (physical) side of yoga, I can help you identify and work through the underlying root to problems or worries you have using both somatic and talk therapy. This is a great option for individuals wanting a guide as they delve deeper and explore the powerful journey yoga will take you on.
For the price of attending a yoga class at a studio or gym, I provide personal attention and instruction to ensure that the student achieves yogas benefits in a safe and healthy way.
I offer a step-by-step work, so it's a smooth progress with less injury. I focus on alignment to achieve full benefits of the practice. Meditation and breathing practice is vital for the mastering of the body. Let's work with your goals and push pass your comfort zone. It might not be easy, but you won't regret the benefits of the practice. More focus, stronger, more flexible and happier.
