Sandra, who is the primary business contact/owner, has helped me immensely! I had a very bad situation on hand where I had to move into a one bedroom apartment from a 3 bedroom home and I was having a terrible things getting things organized and cleaned AND KEEPING THEN RIGHT WAY. Sandra came in and straightened me out. It took more than one visit, but it's a work in progress. Sandra really is an "angel," and she's helped me improve the quality of my life simply by organizing/cleaning my apartment. I feel like a ton of bricks has been lifted from my shoulders and I can actually walk in my apartment! She is friendly, professional, reliable, flexible, and based on whatever job you have for her to do, she's reasonable on pricing. I can't wait until she comes back again in 2 weeks! Wow! Angel completed in 2 hours what I couldn’t do in 2 months. I couldn’t believe how much she was able to get done, and she even dusted and mopped from top to bottom during and after the organization process. Angel is a natural and gifted organizer. Its such a relief to come home to a useable home. I will attach before and after photos.
Let's start with arguably the most descriptive single word to describe the level of detail, the professionalism, the organization and of course the output, which is DETAILED cleanliness of our home... that word is WOW! We have used housecleaning services for over 20 years and in all parts of the country. I can with 100% honestly state no person or company has done a better job than Tia and her team. She texted us the morning of the appointment to ensure that our plans had not changed and that they would be here timely. Appointment was for 9am and she and her team rang our doorbell at 8:52. Her team consisted of her and her husband Cory. There were 3 additional cleaners; Dominique, Kelly and Whitney. When they arrived she went over a checklist to ensure that everything we wanted/needed was included in the deep clean. When I say that Tia is organized both from a professional perspective and detai orientation... it would be an understatement. They did an extraordinary job. Nothing more could possibly have been expected. They are reasonably priced and customer service was OUTSTANDING! I work in a very customer centric industry and I can state with all sincerity her customer service rates a 10 of 10. The cleanliness and thouroghness is also a 10 of 10. She also did a complete walk through with us at the end of the job to make sure nothing was left wanting. We thought all was perfect but she noticed that only the interior glass had been cleaned on one of our back doors she asked Dominique to hit the outside of the glass in that door. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We hired hnm to take over the cleaning of our home after having a second child. My wife could know longer keep up with both kids and stay on top of the day to day cleaning of our home. She was very particular about the company and cleaning supplies that used. Vanessa showed up on time and was very knowledgeable of the various types of supplies that were on the market. My wife and I are extremely happy with her and her staff. They are always professional and most of all, they take care of our house as if it were their own. LoneStar Complete Services did an amazing job! They were right time on time, I gave a generic idea of what I wanted cleaned and they went ABOVE and BEYOND. They even cleaned and polished my jewelry organizer. I didn’t realize how dirty we were until I saw how spotless the house was when I walked in. We will be using the again for sure!

My apartment was horribly messy and Karla came and made it look like a brand new place. She organized everything from top to bottom, every closet and pantry. Highly impressed with her work and her communication skills were amazing. She always kept me updated on everything. Teresa does it all. She organized, ran errands and even emptied the trash. She told me she will even take people to and from doctor’s appointments. Just ask her, she will do most jobs around the house etc.
Debbie is a real pro. I was overwhelmed with the move and work deadlines so looked for an organizer who I could task with taming my kitchen. What I liked the most was that she got started in my absence and rolled with the punches including lack of specific direction (my husband was clueless) and appliance guys showing up to work in kitchen. When I was able to get home, she had tackled most of the kitchen and worked quickly to sort the rest. I would recommend her to anyone looking to make sense of the chaos disorganization brings and wants someone with a deft hand and critical thinking to get the job done.
