FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is usually a set base price on the type of job at hand. The price can then go up or down based on how much extra work would need to be done or what materials would need to be purchased which is all figured out after the $100 quote fee is paid (which is taken off of the total price if you decide to go with my services.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to get more details on the scope of work that needs to be done, hash out the details (visit in person), and give a quote before the process can continue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been installing doors, sliding glass doors, windows, and glazing glass for the past 4-5 years. There’s a lot more to installing a window than people usually think. It can also include framing, electrical, finish interior work, and etc. which means I know a bit more than just the typical window installation.
