Mr. Bohannon created a shelving unit for our playroom. He listened and paid attention to detail.. Our playroom is our new favorite room in our house thanks to the organization of our shelves.Jul 25, 2015Verified
Lynn was professional and understanding from our first meeting to the completion of the project. Lynn was hired to replace cabinets in our kitchen. We met three times to ensure what we expected as consumers and what he could deliver as a contractor. Lynn assured us that our cabinets would be built in an acceptable time frame and delivered in a timely fashion. Lynn excelled at coming back to ensure that all punch list items were completed. I would use Lynn in the future if the need arises. As with all contractors ensure that you know what you want and ensure that the contractor can deliver before signing the contract. Lynn excelled at this on our project.Oct 3, 2014Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? In construction/remodel it is virtually impossible to give a reliable quote over the phone or Internet. To be able to give the best possible quote on any given job it is necessary for the contractor to meet with the customer and assess the scope of the project before giving a price. When we give a quote on a job, it is a FIRM quote - no hidden fees or costs. The only way the price will change is if the scope of the work changes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We specialize in residential remodel/repair company but can also do light commercial remodel. Decks, patio covers, fences, drywall repair, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, entertainment centers, crown moulding, and trim carpentry are just some of the areas we excel in.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? The customer should make sure that the professional they are looking to hire is covered by liability insurance. They should also require a commitment on the quality of materials to be used on the job. Beware of contractors who are willing to give job quotes over the phone or Internet without first seeing and assessing the full scope of the job. In construction there are too many variables and unknowns for phone/Internet quotes to be accurate.
