Wow! First of all, this is BY FAR, the most knowledgable Personal Trainer I have ever trained with! I have a knee problem, problems with nutrition, I have always wanted to learn crossFit and boxing, and he has already started teaching me everything! And if I get pregnant, he is even certified in Pre Natal Fitness too! Thanks so much to Thumbtack for getting me in touch with Thomas! I will never leave him as my trainer and friend! Keri Kabbes was my personal trainer and kick boxing instructor. She is very passionate and serious about her job and very dedicated to her clients. She was there for me during my workout challenges and help me meet my weight-loss goals. She is a pro on macro nutrient dieting. She is an awesome and amazing person. The comment I made to my friend after attending my first small-group class was that “the instructor cares more about my fitness than I do”…which is a great quality that you want in an instructor! Sherif provides the guidance and motivation for a solid workout every time. Our class did various exercises…from the usual squats/free weights/jogging, to partner work, to donning boxing gloves! I am not an exercise person really, but Sherif always demonstrates the correct form and lets you know which muscles you should feel being activated. Many times Sherif would stay late to let myself and others complete the day’s workout, which just goes to show that he really does want his students to succeed in reaching their fitness goals. My goal is to simply be overall healthier; after ~2.5 months of small-group classes, I noticed more general strength/stability, more definition in my arms and a slimmer mid-section.
I started taking boxing lessons just to try it out and ended up loving it. Archie pushes me and encourages me to keep going and I've seen results mentally and physically extremely quickly! He's by far the best trainer I've had and doesn't just focus on the excercise, but also makes sure everything looks right on my body while I do it. If something is wrong, he'll stop the excercise to help me fix the problem to prevent injuries from happening and he's very aware of how our bodies work. He also knows a lot about nutrition and is able to answer any questions I have about it!
I do not have any bad things to say about Jonathan! He has an awesome private gym, which is great for people like me who are too self conscious to work out in public. Every workout is different and it is completely tailored to my needs and goals. With Jonathan it isn't just a workout and go home, he keeps in touch all week to help keep me on my nutrition goals as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer, he goes above and beyond expectations.

I've been working out with Andrew for the past 6 months and have experienced wonderful results. I really like how he tailors your workout to you, not just some cookie cutter workout. I am 65 yrs old, overweight, very out of shape, with joint problems in shoulder, wrists, hands and knees that have required Edward to be creative, and flexible with my workouts to ensure no additional stress is placed on those weak joints, yet still provide excellent cardio, and core strengthening, while improving balance and stamina. He is a great motivator and works you hard, but makes it interesting by throwing in additional activities like light boxing, yoga positions, and Pilates.
