Introduction: I am a Reiki master teacher and certified yoga instructor; I am 300 RYT certified. I'm also an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church.
Through yoga, you gain strength, flexibility, stamina and a healthier more vibrant you. You also learn life lessons in calming the mind and focusing on the breath and the potential to help the body and mind through movement, breath and meditation.
By using these medians, I can help with emotional, physical or spiritual healing and awakening your own path of self-healing. Reiki is a non-invasive ancient healing technique that works with the body's subtle energy lines and chakra points. Clients have expressed deep relaxation, grounding, healing, calming and less pain after a session.
