FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a pricing software name xactimate, which figures an algorithm compose of cost of labor, cost of material(depending on demand), cost of operation(insurance, permits, etc), and provides a good idea of what the project is worth in its current market. Which is why we dont visit a home, write an estimate behind a business card, and leave. We are aiming to do a professional work, and thats why we invest into every area available to make it happen.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask each and every question you can think of, the difference between a contractor using a half inch nail and one using an inch and a quarter nail could potentially cost you thousands of dollars, but in their estimate could be less than 100 dollars of difference.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The background, the clearance, all the proper credentials, and lastly the story of each of our clients when they hired us. If they knew this before hand, they would see the huge difference between us and the rest of the people.
