- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer Military discounts of 10%. I require 50% non-refundable deposit up front and the remaining 50% balance 30 days before the event date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process begins with the initial phone call or meeting. During that time, I am open for any and all questions. It is important that you view a full wedding gallery so that you know exactly what to expect. The booking process is very simple. Once the 50% non refundable deposit is paid and contract is signed, the date is officially off my calendar and no longer available for bookings. I always remain in contact with my clients through the planning process and be sure to have open communication at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend photography workshops about 2 times a year, as well as accept offers to be a 2nd shooter at different types of events.
