Introduction: Hi! My name is Rachel and I’ve been bartending for 2 years! I love this industry because no two days are alike! I love helping my clients create the perfect signature drink for their event 🥳 I hope to connect with you and help provide a perfect event whether it be a backyard sunday-funday, brunch with friends, bachelorette party, or even your wedding! Cucumber margaritas are my specialty 😁 TABC certified ✅ PLEASE reach out to me for pricing! Every client + event is different! Estimated pricing: 🔵 Small events (under 40 people) $40/hr, 4 hour min. Please inquiry for events under 4 hours! 🔵 Medium sized events (41-100 people) - two bartenders are required! Helps keep the line moving and keeps you and your guest happy! $45/hr for each bartender 🔵 Large events (100+ people) - minimum of two bartenders are required. $45/hr for each bartender. Bring the bar option — I will provide a table, black fitted table cloth, two beverage dispensers, bar mats, and a sanitized cooler to hold consumption ice! I do offer packages where I provide the mixers, garnishes, and/or ice! 🧊 Ready to book? Please message me via Thumbtack! The furthest I can book out for events is 6 months! Rachel and Tori were absolutely amazing for our recent party. I would absolutely recomend Rachel for any event you're planning. From start to finish, Rachel was very fast to respond to my questions, both in app and text. Phone calls to plan were offered, but not needed, everyhing was planned via text. Rachel arrived early as planned for the party and had all necessary tools/equipment/tables, etc for the night. From a previous discussion about signature cocktails for the night, Rachel simply sent over a shopping list - everything was purchased and waiting. Rachel and team setup the bar, tables, prepared the fruit for the cocktails, made simple syrup and was ready to go berfore the first guest arrived. We had 55+ guests at the party, Rachel and Tori handeled with ease. Everyone had fresh drinks without a wait and the bar area quickly became one of the hangout spots for the night. I was actually amazed at how clean Rachel and Tori kept the bar area. Empty cans/bottles immediatly removed from sight, spills wiped up and glassware taken care of. By the end of the party, Rachel and Tori had all their equipment cleaned and packed away. Honlestly, it looked like there had not been a bar there at all. All leftover liquor / mixers from the party were NEATLY packed back in their boxes and set out of the way. Stop looking for a bartender for your event, talk to Rachel. She will take care of everything.

Rachel far exceeded my expectations. We communicated easily and quickly. She helped me pick the drinks menu and was even flexible with me adding one more last minute. She was on time, professional and kind to my friends. She actually fit right in. Her table set up was also very classy, clean, and she had all the tools needed to serve us what we requested. Super impressed with Rachel and will definitely hire her again next time I need a bartender. You won’t regret hiring her!! She’s amazing!!

We hired Rachel for a company holiday party, and would definitely hire her again! She was incredibly professional and worked with us to create a great experience. She was also super responsive and I was never worried about being ghosted. She was a fantastic communicator and her expertise shone through. Everyone loved her drinks and it was so easy to work with her.
