How did you get started doing this type of work?
FATE! I originally was trained to be an auto mechanic 4th gen under my father. His Air Force buddy Jean was a technology specialist, once i meet him, he showed me how to manipulate computers to do what was asked of them. From there i went to trade school and landed a few jobs in the IT field.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
They main thing that i would like people to know about there technological equipment...no matter what it is it will be outdated within six months of your purchase. Consumers do not realize that the minute that their computer, cell phone, etc. hits the shelf to purchase, there are plans and even prototypes to replace it.
