Nick helped me with my struggles and pushed me harder than I would push myself. He helped me feel better about my self and listen to my needs of improvements. I’ve lost 8 pounds working with Nick and I feel even better than I did before. So sad he’s moving but now I have a better idea on how to properly work out and get to the goals I want. He’s also very understanding and kind. Thanks nick!!

When I first worked with Nick, he introduced me to a short warm up and a workout routine. I remembered at that time, I got twenty minuets into that workout and I remember getting a bit dizzy and winded. Nick noticed this right away and encouraged me to rest a bit so I wouldn't pass out in the middle of the gym. After spending two meetings with Nick, he was able to adapt the workouts to better prepare my body for all the physical work it needed to do. With Nick's help, I was able to run a 5K in about a month and a 10K in four months. What made Nick different from other trainers I have had in my life was that not only did he give me a workout routine that I was able to stick to and follow, he taught me the importance of nutrition to help ensure I had the energy to get through the more rigorous workout programs. Even though Nick is no longer my trainer, he still checks up on me to make sure that I am on track with my health goals and if life is treating me well.

I've worked with Nick on and off the field. Great coach for life and sports. He's helped me with my cardio and fitness. Highly recommend him for his craft.

I really enjoyed working with Nick. He was always in tune with my goals as well as current capabilities. Never one to let me rest on my laurels, he was always pushing me for new PRs.

Nick is awesome! Although I wasn't able to have him as my FT trainer, he helped me by drawing up a workout routine that would help strengthen my leg training for my (then) upcoming half marathon. He also gave me good advice on how to help build and maintain my energy during my training months. If I could afford his training, I would definitely hire him! I highly recommend him!

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Since I work on my own now, the prices are set. There are other packages available, other than a "basic" hourly rate. I don't like to see money be an issue of not having SOMETHING in place to at least get on a path to your health and fitness goals.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Step one is really getting to know what he/she is looking for, what type of job you have, their likes/dislikes---who they are as a person! This helps me get a better idea of a program frequency that will be appropriate to go with.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  The N.A.S.M. offers continued education credits and other certificates to keep up with the latest trends. Things are ALWAYS changing in the fitness world.
