Wade was great. He helped me sell my house and found the perfect house for me to then move into. This is an understatement, but I was in a challenging situation which Wade handled expertly. He was very attentive to what my wife and I were looking for in our next house and was the difference maker in helping us put together the right offer in Austin's extremely competitive housing market to get our new house. Wade was very accessible and open in communicating the status of selling and buying the new house. This was important to me because my last realtor lost my trust and was clearly focused on other deals he was working on. I know that Wade had many other things he was working on, but I never felt like that in my dealings with him. Today's housing market is crazy, Wade will helped navigate the crazy market to sell our house and find the perfect house for us to move into.

I enlisted Wade's help in search of a rental property. I was very particular about what I wanted, i.e. location, amenities, price range, etc. He worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. Wade was very patient, persistent, and accommodating to my schedule to look at properties. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and assisted me every step of the way whenever I had questions or needed additional information. I highly recommend working with Wade and will definitely enlist him again when I am ready to buy a home.
