Please view this review as a 4.5 star rating rather than a 4. I appreciated the work that David did as the carpet in my new home felt and looked cleaner after the service. He was very informative and helpful in regards the service and product that was offered. The only small issue that I had was that couple of my baseboards were scuffed slightly and left with black-ish marks due to the large vacuum tubes being dragged against them. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a standard service that includes moving basic furniture, pre vacuum, pre treating traffic areas, minor spot removal with hot water extraction then grooming at no additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We focus on their expectation of the project and the results they would be happy with. We then create a plan of action specific to the customer expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?With 10+ years in the restoration and cleaning trade, We hold multiple Institution of Inspection and Restoration Certification (I.I.C.R.C.) certifications validated on I.I.C.R.C website
