I called CRS needing a new install for my upstairs unit. I had a 5 ton heat pump. The service I received from this company was impeccable from beginning, speaking with Jennifer and her scheduling someone to come out and access my unit, she was very professional and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. I believe James was the salesman that came out, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Robert was amazing also, him and his team got the job done and in a very timely manner. I will definitely recommend CRS to my friends and family!!Aug 16, 2019CRSNTX, LLC's reply

Give these guys a look if you are quoting new units. We got 6 quotes and they were the best and are a decent size firm so there is some piece of mind.Aug 2, 2017Verified
I was extremely impressed with the knowledge of everyone on the team. They showed up on time, explained everything to me and didn't try to gouge me on the pricing. I would definitely recommend everyone from CRS that I I had the pleasure of working with, Jennifer, James, Robert and Brandon. Keep up the good work guys.Sep 18, 2019
Have known Brandon twenty yr's & he can be trusted on any job you have. Last job for me was two complete A/C units inside & out. Crew was here on time & job was done inside & out in one day. When they left place was clean & job was done right the first time. Trust him with your $ and trust his crews in your home.Aug 2, 2015
