- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event pricing is different - either because of availability or what is needed. I always try to be as competitive as possible. A Standard quote might be a minimum 3 hours at $125 per hour - but it isn't written in stone, and I always provide lights, sound, wireless mics etc. at no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call and find out their needs and musical tastes, guide them and help select music for wedding formalities, or their event needs, and answer any questions they might have as well as providing references and links to my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning the latest technology for DJs; like Ableton Push-Live! for instance.
