Jeff is an excellent trainer. He motivates and pushes you to work for a better you. I've seen great results since I started working out with him. Best experience I've had with a trainer so far! I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

Great trainer with lots of techniques to accommodate to any individuals strengths and weaknesses. Detail oriented and dieting enthusiast. Doesn't settle for mediocre results and neither should you.
