- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different packages available depending upon your needs. Since this isn't a black and white process, we want to ensure that you get the service you need. We offer a free phone consult to talk through your individual needs and list our package options with prices on our website. Additional services include LinkedIn support, cover letters, and various forms of coaching including interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking. Finally, we offer a discount on all services to veterans and have an expert at "translating" military experience into corporate skills on staff. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all of our services, getting to know our client is the most important thing we can do to properly serve them. We take the time to get to know our client and/or their business, understand their goals, then we determine a plan of action that works best to achieve those goals. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly updating our skills with training and seminars. Along with the mandated training to maintain certification, we take every opportunity to attend workshops and increase our knowledge.
