I've never had MFR before, but will again. I've gained significant pain relief in my right shoulder and some in my lower back. Grace did a great job with the technique and explained her process completely.

I hired Grace for chair massage in our trade show booth for 2 full days at a high end venue. I could not have been more pleased, Grace certainly lives up to her name and was certainly an asset to our booth. She was professional and engaging with our clients, not to mention extremely skilled in the art of massage. I would highly recommend Grace and cannot wait to be back in the Dallas area and work with her again.

Grace listened and was wonderful at educating me about what was going on with my body. She did a great assessment about what areas I wanted her to focus on, and talked me through what she was doing. I've had two facet injections and one round of trigger point injections, and her work led to a big improvement in my pain.

Grace communicated within a half an hour of my post and clarified with me about what I was looking for. I was impressed with her willingness to drive quite a ways to my house as well as her extensive experience. We quickly found a time and day that worked. She text me when she was coming and was on time. Her knowledge and kindness were exceptional. I definitely recommend her!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is $100 per hour. This is a very good value for authentic Myofascial Release. Many practitioners currently charge $120 or more per hour.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds of people. Really anybody who needs stress relief or pain relief can benefit. Myofascial Release is highly effective for any condition that causes discomfort, such as fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, back pain, neck pain, disc problems, rotator cuff, frozen shoulder, knee pain, foot problems, carpal tunnel syndrome and other nerve compression problems such as cubital tunnel syndrome and thoracic outlet syndrome.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If a customer is looking for authentic Myofascial Release, they need to check the practitioner's source of education. Some practitioners take a 6 hour continuing education class and truly think they know how to do Myofascial Release, when they are really just doing deep tissue massage. John F. Barnes is the teacher of authentic Myofascial Release. You can verify therapists by clicking "find a therapist" on myofascialrelease.com.
