From the time I submitted the request to a phone call was a mere few minutes at most. Explained the situation and they came out within a few hours to assess. They discovered the issue and quoted a reasonable price for repair. Unfortunately during the repair the problem was found to be bigger than expected (hey shit happens!) and he explained the situation in detail and what it’ll take to resolve it. The issue was resolved quickly and I appreciate his work and services! Thank you very much for your patience with the project and will definitely call you directly next time an issue arises.
