Ahhhh.. Maria is seriously the best cook and baker ever! I had an event and had her make breakfast for 50 people. She made a wonderful sausage braid. She baked a delicious selection of muffins, breads and pasteries. Her breakfast was the talk of our meeting.

Be it cookies, wedding cakes, birthday desserts, full course meals (authentic and traditional), adorably presented snacks and H'Orderves, salads, ect. Maria does it best. Her presentation is fabulous, meals are healthy, gormet, and perfectly delicious! I would highly recommend her catering services, big or small...you won't regret it!

I hired Maria for a bachelorette party I was hosting. We planned a few appetizers; roasted garlic and artichoke dip, crostini with balsamic glazed pear and salmon, and meatballs with a dipping sauce. The entree was complete with two sides and we ended with a wonderful dessert, lemon cream berry trifle... The best part of all! Each dish was wonderful. All of us kept commenting on the food. Maria was easy to work with, reasonably priced, and I would definitely work with her again!
