Introduction: With seven years of experience, multiple certifications, and my ability to identify obstacles and create changes to overcome them, I know I can help you reach your goals! I can travel to your home or you can come to my well-equipped home gym. I provide hour long sessions that include cardio, strength, corrective exercise, stretching and nutrition coaching, all based off of your goals and assessment. Together we will find what works for your body and work that program!

Holly was my trainer and she not only got me back on target, she took time to educate me and explain the importance of the choices I was making with food. She also took into consideration the existing limitations I had and still gave me lots of great workouts! I highly recommend her!

Great assessment of our physical conditions and potential limitations. Started us out at a reasonable level and brought us to higher levels of endurance, balance and healthy habits each week. She always created different work outs with different equipment so that boredom was never an issue. She would repeat certain routines for us to see our progress. What a friendly, knowledgable trainer. We learned so much from her training, socially, and spiritually. Holly was always punctuial and gave 100% of her attention to each client. We miss her and wish circumstances could bring her back to the gym.
