- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the best workmanship, attention to detail and service. We are not the cheapest for a reason, expect the best from us. We clean up the messes left, clean as we go and provide the best possible customer service available. Therefore, we have over eighty (80), 5 STAR reviews and all google reviews are 5.0, over forty (40) of them. All residential jobs will be handled directly by me, Travis, the owner of TJK Security & Automation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would like to have a quick phone conversation to discuss the project and set up a time to meet. During this meeting we will go over customer expectations and requirements, as well as address any issues foreseen beforehand. Next go over options and pricing and follow up with a DETAILED estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20+ years of technical training and experience in electronics, alarms, audio, and video systems. I have been employed with high end business in the past, providing customer support in the field as well as technical roles that have enabled me to be hands on with customers of all backgrounds.
