It all started with the phone call to Camelot Home Inspections. Rhonda was very friendly and worked around our schedule. Explained everything that was needed and scheduled the home inspection, the termite inspection and the septic inspection all for me. One stop shop. Brian is very professional and detailed. Very friendly and answered all our questions and went over all our concerns. His report was overwelming because it was so detailed but he provides a summary that makes it so much easier to see what are more important issues. Went over everything and told me to not hesitate to call him if I had any questions or concerns. Choosing Camelot Home Inspections if a MUST! You will not regret it!

My wife and I purchased a home in Tyler, Texas. The home was a few years old and appeared to be in excellent condition. We hired Brian of Camelot Home Inspection to perform our pre-purchase home inspection. During the inspection, Brian found that the roof had significant hail damage that was not visible from ground level and that eight of the custom size windows had lost their seal. We negotiated our purchase to include the owner replacing the roof and windows. The total cost of replacement was in the neighborhood of ~$25,000. Brian’s charge of $675 for the home inspection was money well spent. His professionalism, attention to detail and prompt response did not go unnoticed. Brian not only met my expectations, he exceeded them in the home inspection he performed for me in the East Lake Tyler gated community. He spent at least 4 hours doing a complete review of the home we're considering buying. He is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He also took time to provide a detailed explanation concerning all aspects of the inspection and shared, based on his experience, which were the "very important" issues. If it's not already clear, I highly recommend Brian for anyone wanting a high quality, detailed home inspection.
