I give a discount for adopted/rescue and deaf dogs Discount for teachers & military Please mention at time of booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the new client & evaluate the dog. I then develop a plan for training. We start the plan and I demonstrate technical mechanics of the training exercise & make sure the client can perform the technique. After the lesson I email training tip sheet(s) with training and follow-up with the client to ensure the training is proceeding as planned. We meet again and adjust any training accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
120 hours of Petsmart dog training education 18 years of training client dogs Independently certified through the CCPDT (Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainer's) Member of APDT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers), Deaf Dogs International and PPG (Pet Professional Guild).
