Providing feedback and specific answers as to the reason for choosing particular exercises allows for an educational and well-rounded experience. A positive upbeat personality, flexibility in training sessions and dedication are what Avionne also offers.

Blade is my personal trainer. I hate working out but Blade makes it fun. He has an awesome sense of humor and adapts to your individual needs based on where you are at that moment in time. He stays flexible which really helps with my crazy schedule and I look forward to working with him. Also my dog adores him, which is always a plus.

Blake did a comprehensive workout and nutrition plan tailored to what I wanted and to help me reach my goals. As I progressed and my goals changed, so did his plans for me. Lisa Gaines helped me with my goals of lowering my blood pressure, and weight loss. Lisa uses a unique combination of yoga, cardio workouts, and nutrition coaching. Lisa's focus on whole-body wellness is what impressed me the most. We met at her studio location and she was always prompt and professional. Overall a great yoga, and wellness leaning experience.

I have been working with Will for over a year. I have been trained as a Pilates instructor and have had a number of personal trainers across the country over the years. Will's knowledge of his craft and manner of explanation is excellent. I have been impressed in his creativity of the personalized workouts and his ability to make adjustments in a routine yet continue to challenge. He is always learning. He is personable, considerate, enthusiastic and encouraging yet will definitely push you to become healthy and stronger no matter what your limitations may be.

Awesome gym with lots of energy and great trainers. The trainers are helpful and motivate you to do your best. The trainers even keep track of your progress. He's great ! After I had my baby I went back to just doing cardio I had never lifted before ... The cardio helped but I needed more .. So I started training with Austin and I'm now in better shape than I was before my pregnancy .. He explains what you're doing what muscle group its for ... He challenges you and gives that push you need... He's good about changing things up always looking at different things to try .. You can tell he enjoys what he does and loves to help other people .. He also knows about muscle recovery stretching and vitamins and supplements to help with your workouts ... I would absolutely recommend him to anybody serious about personal fitness.. I never had a problem with him .. He understood my needs and I trusted his guideance

Training with Chris is hardly summed up by a five star review. His positive attitude towards health and fitness carries over in to every aspect of your daily routine. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about diet and physiology and is constantly switching things up. Another bonus is, he keeps in contact in between sessions with calls and texts. Great trainer!
I started going to Bootcamp with the hopes of getting wedding dress ready and only had 3 months to do it. I knew Christy was up for a challenge since I'm not the most athletic or die hard work out person. But after a few weeks I was hooked! I loved the am workout and motivation Christy offered! She would keep motivated and loved her positive outlook on working out! So glad I was able to reach my goals and couldn't have done it without Christy!
