Introduction: A couple things make us unique vs. the "franchise" businesses. The biggest being security. Because we are a husband and wife owned business. We are ALWAYS in a home or office when any cleaning is performed. Generally, doing all or 2/3's of the labor ourselves. Franchise cleaners have a high turnover. Therefore, they are not giving you the best overall cleaning experience. We have about 2000 cleans performed at this point. We provide a business with a "personal mom and pop type feel". Client interaction. We have several clients that are home during their cleans. We really enjoy our time we get with them. It should be noted that in the 5 year history of our business. Our retention rate on clients that are home is near 100%. 100%!! That shows that we have a strong work ethic and they are exposed to that. Cleaning is a hard and the clients get to see us in action! We are organized. Have a game plan that we put in action for every client and every clean. We clean your house the same way each time. This provides the repetitions needed to become excellent at maintaining your home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing in pretty simple. We price based on square footage. Although we take into account things like glass shower doors, how much hard surface there is, and how many pets are in a house. We know how long at this point most houses with take. Just based off square footage for 2 people or 3 people to clean. We are generally about 60%-70% of the total price of a "franchise"...
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common service is recurring cleanings to help maintain busy house holds. We also do deep cleanings that refresh a house so they may be better maintained.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Two years ago we did a estate/hoarder clean up. Like the ones you see on TV. 4 of us worked a total of 101 hours over 6 weeks take care of a 2000 square foot house that also had a full attic and garage. We threw out 464 30 gallon bags of trash. Made 11 trailer hauls to Goodwill for donations. And as the family did not want to know anything about their passing member we discovered many interesting things about a world traveled individual.
