I've been training with Will for several months and I am thrilled with the results. He is great at explaining and demonstrating exercises and helps me understand the muscle groups and how to prevent injuries. He is always on time and enthusiastic about our workout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends! He has helped me be accountable and is realistic about my goals as a mom with a toddler. Very hard workout but definitely worth it!!

I started going to Bootcamp with the hopes of getting wedding dress ready and only had 3 months to do it. I knew Christy was up for a challenge since I'm not the most athletic or die hard work out person. But after a few weeks I was hooked! I loved the am workout and motivation Christy offered! She would keep motivated and loved her positive outlook on working out! So glad I was able to reach my goals and couldn't have done it without Christy!
He's great ! After I had my baby I went back to just doing cardio I had never lifted before ... The cardio helped but I needed more .. So I started training with Austin and I'm now in better shape than I was before my pregnancy .. He explains what you're doing what muscle group its for ... He challenges you and gives that push you need... He's good about changing things up always looking at different things to try .. You can tell he enjoys what he does and loves to help other people .. He also knows about muscle recovery stretching and vitamins and supplements to help with your workouts ... I would absolutely recommend him to anybody serious about personal fitness.. I never had a problem with him .. He understood my needs and I trusted his guideance
