I hired Scott to replace a garbage disposal that I bought elsewhere. He was very flexible in scheduling, and he notified me ahead of time of his arrival time. He examined my problem with the garbage disposal, repaired it, and got the old garbage disposal working just fine, so I can return the one I bought.
I enthusiastically endorse Scott and am looking forward to hiring him again in the future for larger projects.

I was quoted a certain price to repair my garbage disposal, then once it was repaired (it took less than 10 min btw), I was told the job was $30 MORE due to a "service fee". While I appreciate the job was completed, they were far from transparent about pricing, and I feel like they took advantage of me and my family. I would not hire this company again.
