- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm usually much cheaper than my competition, not because of subpar work but because this is a side thing. I guarantee my work. but I'm not a company. thus I'm only only fixing your stuff cause I'm needing quick cash until my job starts. if you dont like my offer shoot me one back. but I'm really good with electric anything from houses to cars. and computers.. cars are my first passion. if you need your car diagnosed I guarantee I'll fix it. if its gm, other makes no guarantee but I'm sure I could.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My reviews say I'm decent at it. Thanks to the few customers that took the time to actually write a detailed review. Those mean alot to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this awhile. I have a trouble sleeping if I couldn't diagnose an issue.
